Weekend are made up of ...

Dear Daddy & Mummy,

My weekend are made up of these:

1. SHOPPING!!!

The BIG people now need my help in recognizing the shopping area. When we pass by these 2 shopping area, Choice & the Spring, they ask me the name of the place!! The BIG people are so amused that I know the name of these shopping places. They even clap hands when I told them.

While shopping at C0ld St0rage, I chose a pretty hair band (it's purple in color) & 2-chek bought it for me as I scream & won't let go of it when he wanna put it back on the shelf.

Me being my natural pretty & cute self...
2. FOOooooooooD!!!!

Saturday night, we had "so-called" Continental Cuisine at Westwood. By continental cuisine, it's usually meant French and Italian, but here, no pasta or pizza were offered. The problem with BIG people are they r slow in detecting your wants & needs. I had to show many many hand or sign language just to get them to feed me some food, just bcoz I can't express my needs verbally yet.I stared with saliva dripping, still no one feed me. I pointed & pointed to the dish I want, still I was ignore...I pointed to my mouth indicating I want to eat, still they din get it....So I gave up & leave my fate to God's hand (with an empty tummy). Then the BIG people finally gave me FOOD!!!ooo... French fries were good!!!
On Sunday morning, we had breakfast at BDC (Everise). Handmade Kolo-mee!!!! yea!!!I loved havin my photo taken...And I loved kolo-mee!!!3. Solving Computer Problem...

2-chek computer has a slight problem so I went to give my expert opinions, and I charged by the hour. First, I inspected the computer carefully.
Then I explained the root of the computer problem (knowledge pass-down from Daddy, Master of Computer thingy). But 2-chek cannot understand, so I had to elaborate more...As I help with solving the computer issue, I was rewarded with a new toy, Mashimaro...That's all the update for this week.

From your loving daughter, Esther.

p/s: Esther is my niece sending her weekly report to her parent in S'pore.

Westwood Continental Cuisine

1st look on the menu & u will secretly smile bcoz everything are sold at reasonable and affordable prices. The interior is still the same, cozy & colorful but with NO air-con. Parking space aplenty though. Here, The fish & chips is good. This time I'm gonna try other dish offered. Soup of the day RM3. Cream of mushroom soup. Not so nice. Skip it.Hubby had the Mixed Grilled (beef, lamb & pork) RM18, that comes with the customary coleslaw & potato wedges. The black pepper sauce was a disgrace. Not recommended as the meat were ... yaks.... I ordered lamb chop RM9 (the cheapest among 4 of us, yea I've bcome very kiam). The mushroom sauce was a disgrace 2. And the meat was tasteless. Highly NOT recommended.
Mum-in-law has the grilled Salmon RM20. Her commend on the taste, only so-so. My niece keep puking it out when she feed her. So hav a guess...
my bro-in-law ordered the Lamb Shank (RM19). I was surprise as it came with a fried egg (!!!) & potato wedges (!!!), not mashed potato... weird... his commend, very worth the money.
Total bill came to RM80.00 (including all the drinks) for 4 persons. The price is very affordable but the taste is just not good enough for me to come back, except mayb for fish & chips. Has it always been this bad or the chef has changed?? Or you can recommend other dish to try next time??

SIZE does matter

oh well, hubby disagree with my statement that he is against my plan to fight inflation. According to him, he fully support it. NOW is the perfect time to buy all these computer goodies as the PRICE has DROP due to LOW demand. He claimed to hav SAVED a lot buying these stuff & the price has drop a further RM20 this minute.

Saturday was utilize to set-up hubby's new computer... Everything went well until he placed the freaking HUGE Heat-sink (thermalright) on the processor & he quickly place it in the casing... and true enuf, the casing cannot be closed... as feared...
Off we went to Kuchings' equivalent of Low Yatt Saberk@s for casing shopping. It was FAST & Painless as only 1 shop has wat hubby wants. Hubby set his eyes on Centurion (used aluminum), the same casing I used but a newer model. The salesperson was so eager to sale it to us bcoz he wants the Power Supply (Coolermaster) included. He was willing to pay RM70 for it but we rejected it although we told him 1st hand we don't need it. He was so disappointed and told us he's saving for a GOOD power supply.
the width difference is less than 1 cm, but wallet is RM300 less -_-"On a more happy tot, ain't this a pretty sight??? HEAT is still ENEMY no.1 Hopefully this new comp set-up gonna SATISFY hubby's LUST for a LONG TIME. Cross my fingers.
