sUshI AgAIn!!!!

Another weekend just flew by in a blink of an eye.
How I wish weekends can go by more slooooowly.

Found 2 carrots left from last week sushi party.
How ar ... I don't cook one bor.... so waste le the carrot like that... think think think fast..... cannot waste *near my head a bulb lighted up* Have another SUSHI Party!
Wah ... problem solving skill improve man.
Happily tell hubby my plan.

Hubby : what! another party? u not tired meh?
Me: cannot waste the carrot bah ^_^

Me: yay... go shopping!!!

and I came back a happy (& sweaty) girl.

Hubby: So to save the carrots, u bought low cholesterol high vit C egg, crab meat, sausage, tauhu, cucumber, more vinegar, mayo & ham. So CLEVER. Spent RM 50 to save RM1 carrot.

BigAntennaJen & AngelEng arrived earlier ~3pm to help out.
Thanx yea, u both were great in chopping & cutting!!!
I was not even using knife that day but I ended up cutting my middle finger #$%%^& with hai .... guess wat .... a scissor???!!! who the hell ever cut their finger with scissor, damn.

I tried making TAMAGO (Egg sushi) today and it was a success.
Everybody Me & BigAntennaJen loved it.
