I need to eat breakfast 1st before reaching the school hopefully by 7.30am my tummy has always & will always be the no.1 priority or I don hav energy to paint.

I headed straight to the school after a satisfying Cha Seow Duck Noodle. There were already people mountain people sea when I reach the school.
As usual, my company X is selling the popular X Fried Chicken. A total of 450 chicken lost their wings.
In addition to that, a group of smart & pretty girls, engineers le don play play, of my company donate these CUTE CUPCAKES for sale too... It's too cute to be eaten! My 1st customer of the day, that requested for the trade mark pretty pink flower with a smiley face.

I was havin the damn headache and it got slightly better after I popped 2 ponstan... the greatest invention to stop pain, at least for me.
I left around 12 noon as it was getting too hot & my head was starting to pound harder.

In order to eat more painkiller, I makan Hainan Chicken Rice so that I don get gastric. I was happy to jump straight onto my comfy bed once I reach home. After sleeping off the pain, I rewarded myself with a cup of hot chocolate with whipped cream & marshmallow.
Will continue with the treassures I found at the PERKATA Sales.

Something Different

For my BoldBoss birthday this year, I wanna do something special for him as he will be stepping into the world of the BIG 3-0... finally...

At the back of my mind, I've always been interested in the HfH (Habitat for Humanity) build that Calvin & SexyLips took part on Merdeka Day. Sure it's a TIRING workout but nevertheless a great experience. I was trying to find out more about the HfH & I found Georgette blog from Calvin's blogroll & stumble upon this post & inspired me to do the same for BoldBoss. Killing 2 birds with 1 stone is my specialty. It would b something different, plus it is towards a worthy cause. I believed that together we can make a difference.

That's how I started... by preparing a collection box & placed it at a strategic place. Noticed my cute BoldBoss face?
I started to e-mail every1 & told them about the HfH, which is an international non-profit NGO devoted to bringing families & communities in need together with volunteers and resources to build decent, affordable housing for the poor (I cut & paste from Calvin's post hahahah).

The response was GREAT! Don't underestimate these coins... a total of RM95 were from coins alone.I kinda BUG my colleagues e.v.e.r.y single day to support this... all my blackmailing & threatening skill was put to good used as a total of RM515.83 was collected.

As I did not know how to passed the money to
HfH I left a comment in Georgette blog & told her I would pass the money collected to her. But she suggested that we meet at the HfH office at 2 1/2 mile shop houses (same row as Au Yang Dental Clinic) & give the $$ to them together with her. That's how I ended up at the HfH office on a Friday afternoon, with Calvin as the driver & Terrence as the Bodyguard, don play play le... $500 alot le. BoldBoss did not join as he had to attend a emergency meeting.

All this newspaper clipping on the board at
HfH office & I noticed some of the houses were build in year 2000 (??) wow... and to think I've never heard of them before this.Habitat provided houses for people regardless of race or religion. As a small token of appreciation for all that donated their hard earn $$, I gave out small packet of biscuits or chocolate...
Again, 10 Q for supporting this Fund Raising Drive & made it a success as we manage to exceed the target of RM300 initially set. You all really are a generous & kind bunch of people & I'm glad we r colleague.
The receipt were made out under BoldBoss's name as a gift on his 30th birthday & the money collected will be put into good use.

p/s: ok ok I admit the gift tag were printed in the office lor... but the biscuit & chocolate were MY snacks lying around the house.

Charity event r FUN

Went to PERKATA (a school for Mentally Retarded Children) at Jalan Ong Tiang Swee for the Charity Event that I was participating this year. Hubby drove me there on Saturday, the day before the event to spruce up the event venue. When we drove to the courtyard of the school, a bunch of school children ran over and was shouting it's RX8 to others & calling nearby frens to come 2.
Hubby : They don't look retarded to me.
me : -_-" aiyo .. they are students from else where to help out too...

Actually I was slightly late getting there ( only~45 minutes) & almost everything were in place already. But at least I did managed to stick up 1 poster....
After rearranging the tables & chairs, the committees sat down & discuss the event. BORING lar... bla bla... be here at 7am Sunday...bla bla... u incharge of bla bla ... and I'm 1 of the painters.
I'm a certified Body Art Painter after 2 practice session with the expert. Obtained during office hour ne... hahahha... here's 1 of the masterpiece:Hubby keypoh with the Audio set-up. At 1st the sound was so pathetically bad that my HP sound better, but finally after tweaking here & there found out they cucuk the wrong hole. How many engineer to find that out??? Only 3 engineers:As with previous year, there will be Chicken Wing & Keropok on sale.
For the Body Art, there's 2 category: Rm3 (small & NO Glitter) & RM5 (Big with glitter). I'm glad my request to only paint kids was met. Adult will be hard to satisfy, but kids they don complaint much. I want to serve KIDs only...

As usual , I was again a bit late getting to the venue on the actual day (only ~1 hour le) as I though the "rubber" time culture will take place .... but boy was I wrong. Both side of the street was park full of car even from far far away... Punishment for bein late : I missed the group photo... hai...
My group of painters (~8) were already adorned with a lot of Body Arts. They were busy getting ready for BUSINESS. Immediately I drew something on my arm to get into the mood. Some1 comment I create a mutated Frozard = Frog + Lizard:
My most "PROUDest" Art of the Day, to all the Naruto fans out there:
Altogether I drew 1 choo-choo train, 2 skulls & pussies, 3 strawberries, flowers & balloons each.
For 1 of the kids, I kinda push him to get the skull & then suggest "Pirates" to be written on top... he was happy with it, but when the mum came & saw it.
Boy's mum : That's SO not my son **look suspiciously to me**
Me : Really??.. but he was the 1 that choose it **stared back*

Then for a little girl, I was planning to get her to write "PUSSY" for the kawaii cat that I just drew, but the mum was standing there all the while so I scrap my plan & just wrote "meow".

The X company is very lucky havin me as a employee le I'm glad, as I work my ass off to contribute a bit of my artistic creativity for FREE okie.

A grand total of RM 4$$$.00 was collected within 4 hours. Not bad le.

Last month I was given 8 coupon to sell, but only 6 were sold although my dept has over 40 engineers. So I grab the last 2 up & I'm so happy with these treasures that I bought:
Absolutely loved them. I've always wanted to get something to throw my keys into. And I think those wooden chopsticks are cool. So ZEN like. I likey...

Was so tired I slept the whole afternoon after eating lunch. Did not expect the activity to be so energy consuming, but a sense of fulfillment flood over me too.
