It's the time to meet the near & far relatives.
The time to meet the new additions to the family.
The time to gossip & catch up.
The time to eat all the goodies for FREE.
& the best part : NO WORK!!!
I really missed the Ang Pau collection part. Instead this year I had to distribute Ang Pau.. sigh.. pok kai la..

To me CNY is a time for Kenyalang night market. It's getting monotonous as every1 kinda selling the same stuff. Hopefully things would get jazz up abit la next year.
CNY is a time for FAMILY:
my parent & 3 little bro:CNY is for the all important REUNION Dinner.
Every year reunion dinner is at my grandparent's house where the food prepared are enough for the entire village. This year at 4pm we had an extra round of dinner with hubby's side of family. Below u can see my mum & bro having 2nd rounds.
Look at the leftovers. 2 days no need to cook. Just heat up haha.CNY is also a time for Fireworks:
