Green Curry

Am so proud of my self. I cooked my 1st curry today, a big pot of GREEN CURRY.

Using the Green Curry Paste (Cosway), Santan Kelapa & chicken meat...
I got the boneless chicken as it was easier to cut... am so happy when I saw that the skin was still intact. I cooked all at once & divided it to 2 meals, kept 1 portion in the fridge. Just goreng the chicken until masak, put in the curry paste & goreng goreng & turn down heat & goreng goreng then pour in the santan & goreng goreng. Go ahead & try it with my detail recipe.

Self declare that it taste much better than Pandai Thai kekekek
