The celebration was held at Hoi Tin Lau Restaurant (behind Simpang Tiga 20sen Supermarket). The place was packed to the brim! That's what happen in Kuching 1, new makan place sure a lot of people.
wah! RM10 per gram. Super expensive fish... 
I like steam fish... especially Teo Chew Style....
Here they spelled it correctly, Spinach Noodle & not Spanish Noodle like somewhere else... The noodle was awesome!

I never tot I would 1 say this, but the green vege was yummylicious... The spinach was finely chopped & fried i think, as it was crunchy & taste so good with the deep fried dried scallops... yum yum yum
The cold dish was below par... the only saving grace was the crunchy bread with seaweed & stuff. 
The rest of the other dishes was just ok.My all time favorite dessert, Honey Dew with Sago in Coconut Milk... yummy. This make me miss the Holiday Inn version.... mostest yummy!
The place is clean & bright. You can even see the kitchen as the wall partition is made of glass. A nice new place for dinner.Happy Mummy Day!!!
