Ice-cream ripped off

As a MERDEKA Celebration, bought 2 boxes of BULLA Ice-cream from C0ld St0rage... fly all the way from Australia... after my 1st try, I was lusting for it ever since...

This time we got the Creamy Coffee & Vanilla RM34.99. Can't wait to get home to taste this sinful dessert....

I was SO angry that I quickly ran into the bedroom & complaint loudly to hubby ... he calmed me down and explained that mayb it was bcoz of the 4 hours power cut the other day and it melted... Not like some1 ate it bcoz the seal was in perfect condition. hai... soi lar...
As I scooped the ice-cream, I can smell the coffee & vanilla frangrant... ah... so NICE... so SWEET... I slowly let the anger go, replacing with a rush of excitement havin my 1st bite... hmmmm... a taste of HEAVEN...

Dunno if the 2nd box also faced the same fate?? It's Light 98% FAT FREE Vanilla Ice-cream RM 24.99 (promotion price as normally it's RM34.99 too)

Quickly open the easy open LID to check and to my relieve it's FULL as it is supposed to b... But this will be my last time getting FAT FREE Ice-cream as it's just NOT CREAMY enuf... The Vanilla was GOOOOD but with the MONEY PAID, I'll rather hav the FAT & SUGAR FULL CREAM MILK.The only compensation was this 2 bottle of mineral water given as RM60.00 spent in a single receipt. The promotion is valid till 1st Sep 08 at C0ld St0rage.Hopefully by the next ice-cream buying spree, a NEW batch of Ice-cream will be in.

iglool so-cold 'ice cream'

Although iglool has been here for quite sometime, this is the 1st time I've the opportunity to try it out at King’s Center branch.

iglool has a cool ambiance with light blue and white color design, flakes of snow on the ceiling and wall and also a small artificial igloo with penguin on top of the counter...iglool is NOT an actual "ICE CREAM" shop but more like "ICE Shaving" but far smoother, loose and fine...The interior design concept is pretty nice... but I've seen this concept before... the fake flowers in the jar... so it's not a NEW thing to me...Hubby ordered Milk Ice with Champagne.. din try...alcoholic mar...

Sis-in-law tried the Green Tea with Cincau... so little cincau with a mountain of ice... veli the bland lor...Blueberry Jam... the milky flavored ice was the only saving grace...I had a HARD time ordering... I wanted to try the Chocolate Ice with more chocolaty stuff...but ALL NOT AVAILABLE... walau eh... how come like that 1??!! ok lor.... how about Milk Ice with Mango??? I wanted Fresh Real Mango for the topping, but again the answer was ONLY JAM... wah...$%^&#^%$#@ die lar ... at last I chose the Green Tea with Oreos... bad choice as it was NOT Sweet at all, just a hint of green tea flavoring with that tiny bit of oreo topping... saaaaad...Verdict: The Ice Cream is just not worth the money paid. Above 4 snow ice cost ~RM20. Just tiny bit of "KIAM SIAP" topping with some snow ice?? CIS.. I want pure Ice Cream lor... or at the very least with fresh fruit...

Company Family Day

My Company, let's call it X, organized a Family Day last weekend. Family members are welcome to "chilled-out" at the company compound with tons of FOOD & activities line-up. I brought my kawaii niece along... Why was hubby excited??? Of coz it's the Nissan GTR35...Highlight of the day was the anticipated 'Tug-of-war" between departments... officiated by our malnourished COO...

A supermodel was spotted too...Ready??? START!!!!This is the ENEMY... Strategy of the day: Pull Hard...This is our team .... Strategy : Laugh Harder!!!It doesn't matter who win lar.... Winning is NOT everything... hahah ... only loser talk like this lor...Esther enjoying the green green grass....

Carl's Junior & P@ris

haha ... i just remembered the "yummyness" of Carl's Jr while goin tru the photos taken during the last trip to S'pore. So I'm spreading the love here.Although it burnt a hole in my wallet (~SD25 for 2 sets), the burgers were AWESOME. The burger were HUGE & came with big portion of fries and drinks are self service which means FREE FLOW lar... Hubby tried their Super Star, which consist of 2 charbroiled beef patties, cheese, sliced onions, bla bla bla and some special sauce on a Toasted Sesame Seed Bun.

I had their Portobello Mushroom burger. Quite nice, I like the taste of the charbroiled beef patty, together with the sauteed Portobello mushrooms, cheese, yadda yadda... & mayo. I was filled to the brim.Actually I think I don't even hav to introduce Carl's Jr anymore since recently it was made even more famous for its new racy ad starring the famous porn queen in One night in Paris.
Paris in a revealing 1- piece swimsuit spraying water on herself, making love to the Bentley & goin "That's HOT"... S3x sure sells...It WORKS I tell you!!! Don't lie.... the Burgers looks better here...
