After breakfast on a sunny Saturday morning, hubby drove towards an unknown shop... next to Sweet Happiness Seafood, with lotsa car accessories & knew that hubby was gonna burn some $$.

The SPF element however cannot be washed because of the special oil that HKS uses to treat the foam. The elements are recommended to be changed every10,000km, which cost ~RM 80. High Performance but High Maintenance too... Hubby has decided to changed the filter type to K&N High Flow, a LIFETIME Air Filter. Means that on the long run, we can save $$. I was sold the minute I saw the word LIFETIME.

So any bidder for the old HKS SPF air filter?? It's good stuff.Hubby is willing to let it go if the price is right. Just buy the new element & it's as good as new.

my HKS SPF element oso turned black liao... rm80 for the filter element replacement is actually for the smaller sized one... for the 200mm diameter size that i used to use cost around rm120++ ... cheap-cheap sold off mine already... now ad-hocly running direct intake straight from the air funnel mounted on my bumper with just wire mesh filter... ada spare satu cap ayam punya open pod filter... maybe will upgrade to K&N sometime soon... because of 'LIFETIME' bah.. =p
